是的，我們今年在六月的時候曾經介紹過這個藥 - idarucizumab (Praxbind)。當時，他們正在申請 FDA 的加速型核准程序。今天，他們通過評估，拿到以下適應症囉！
☞ Praxbind (idarucizumab; Boehringer Ingelheim) 可用於治療患者因服用過量抗凝血劑 - Dabigatran (Pradaxa)，而需要緊急反轉其毒性之緊急狀況。
建議劑量： 5 gm single dose IV injection
Praxbind 字首都是 PRA- 了，當然 PRAdaxa 限定嘿~
就像 Digibind 是 Digitalis 限定一樣~
Praxbind 較常見的副作用有低血鉀 (hypokalemia)、意識錯亂 (confusion)、便秘 (constipation)、發燒 (fever) 與肺炎 (pneumonia)。同時，也因為 Praxbind 快速且大量的將 dabigatran 中和掉了，所以可能會惡化患者血栓、中風等原有疾病症狀（像是心房纖維顫動），故使用本品時，請特別謹慎。
